How We Review — Our Rating Methodology
Every product is evaluated against the same six criteria. Each criterion is scored 0–5 and combined into an overall editorial score. We weigh them by what matters most to buyers, not by vendor priorities.
Ease of Use
How fast can a new team get value? Onboarding, UI clarity and day-to-day friction.
Features
Depth and quality of the core capabilities the product advertises, not just the feature count.
Pricing
Transparency, fairness for the value delivered, and whether the plan fits the buyer's size.
Integrations
Does it connect to the accounting, billing and stack tools teams already use?
Support
Responsiveness, documentation and the help available at the plan level a buyer would choose.
Value for Money
The overall return: capability and outcomes relative to total cost of ownership.
Our scores are editorial judgements. Third-party ratings (G2, Capterra) are shown separately and attributed to their sources.
